Stallholder Application

TERMS & CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This application is for a stall on Saturday 12th July 2025.

We DO NOT have stalls at our Friday night and Sunday afternoon events.

IF YOUR APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFUL, the following rules will apply:

  1. Stall fee is £29 (or £19 for charities). The fee is for a 3m x 3m space with ONE 6ft table provided. You will need to provide your own chairs and any extra tables you require. NO POWER is provided. PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate application and fee for caterers/hot food vendors – please see here.
  2. This is an OUTDOOR event. We highly recommend you have your own gazebo to protect you from the weather.
  3. You will need your own public liability insurance.
  4. Parbold Village Show cannot be held liable to any damage to your property.
  5. Your stall must be paid for in full by 30th April 2025. If not, your space will be offered to someone on our waiting list. Cancellations after this date or no-shows on the day will NOT be refunded.
  6. Set up is from 10am – 11:30am. Stalls will be allocated in a sequential order as you arrive. Stewards will direct you.
  7. ONE vehicle (no larger than a car) per stall.
  8. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED ANY CARS ON EITHER FIELD DURING THE EVENT. Cars are allowed on the field to unload (10am – 11:30am) and set-up but must be moved to the stall-holder parking area and OFF the field for the duration of the event. The designated stallholder carpark may be quite a walk to the field so you must allow time for this.
  9. No cars will be allowed back on the field until the end of the event is announced (between 5 and 5:15pm). This is essential to ensure the safety of visitors. In the event of the event closing early (due to weather, for example), this rule will be adjusted accordingly and communicated at the time.
  10. Special parking provision will be made for blue badge holders.
  11. No hot food, electrical items or animals may be sold and no raffles are permitted.
  12. No silly string or firework sales permitted.
  13. All stall holders must remove their own rubbish.
