Parbold Village Show is a long-standing traditional village show which welcomes 250 – 300 people on the Friday event, 2000 – 4000 visitors over the Saturday event, and an estimated 500 – 1000 on the Sunday. Promotion will be taking place across Facebook & Instagram, in printed format and signage around the village. To ensure a good variety and quality of sellers, we are taking applications for stalls which will then be reviewed by the committee.
We are looking for a variety of fairly priced, top quality, family friendly food traders for our Friday, Saturday and Sunday events. The pitch fees are as follows:
Friday (6pm – 8:30pm) – 10% of gross takings
Saturday (12pm – 5pm) – POA
Sunday (1pm – 4pm) – 10% of gross takings

Terms and Conditions
IF YOUR APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFUL, the following rules will apply:
1. For Friday and Sunday applications, the fee is payable on the day. For Saturday applications the fee must be paid by 30th April 2025 or we will offer your space to someone on the waiting list.
2. This is an OUTDOOR event. We highly recommend you have your own trade standard gazebo or vehicle to protect you from the weather.
3. You will need your own insurance and food hygiene certificates.
4. Parbold Village Show cannot be held liable to any damage to your property.
5. Friday – Set up is from 5pm. Saturday – Set up is from 10am. Sunday – Set up is from 11am. Stewards will direct you to your place. Vehicles must NOT drive on the football pitch itself.
6. All food traders are required to have a bin beside their pitch. All rubbish must be taken with you.
7. No vehicles may move on the field once the event has started. In the event of bad weather and an event being abandoned once started, you will be directed.
8. Special parking provision will be made for blue badge holders.
9. Cancellations can be made up to 2 months before the event, at which point a refund can be given.
10. Cancellations within 2 months of the show or no-shows on the day will NOT receive a refund.
