Stallholder Terms and Conditions Parbold Village Show 2026
1. Event date and time
Stallholder trading takes place on Saturday 11th July 2026, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. There are no stalls at the Friday night family disco. This application is for the Saturday daytime show only.
2. Applications
The deadline for stallholder applications is 31st March 2026. All applicants will be contacted regarding the success of their application in the first week of April 2026, whether successful or not.
3. Stall fees and space
Standard stall: £30 without a table / £40 with a table.
Charity stall: £20 without a table / £30 with a table.
You must be a registered charity to qualify for the charity rate.
Fees are for a 3m x 3m space. Tables are not provided as standard (see above) and must be requested in the stallholder application form. Stallholders must provide their own chairs and any additional tables.
4. Electricity
No electricity is provided with a standard stall. Food and hot food vendors must apply via the separate food trader application form.
5. Outdoor event
This is an outdoor event. Stallholders are strongly advised to bring an event-grade gazebo and suitable weather protection. Gazebos must be weighted or pegged.
6. Insurance and liability
All stallholders must hold valid public liability insurance. Parbold Village Show cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, or theft.
7. Payment and cancellations
All stalls must be paid in full by 30th April 2026. If payment is not received, the stall space may be reallocated. Cancellations after this date or no-shows will not be refunded.
8. Set-up
Set-up is from 10:00am to 11:30am. Stalls are allocated in arrival order and stewards will direct stallholders.
9. Vehicles
Each stall is permitted one vehicle, no larger than a standard car, for set-up and pack-down only.
10. Parking during the event
Vehicles must be removed from the field during the event and parked in the designated stallholder parking area.
11. Pack-down and departure
No vehicles will be permitted back onto the field until the end of the event is announced, typically between 5:00pm and 5:15pm.
12. Blue Badge parking
Special parking provision will be made for Blue Badge holders.
13. Prohibited items
Hot food, electrical items, animals, AI-generated artwork, offensive content, raffles, silly string, or fireworks may not be sold.
14. Handmade goods
Stalls selling imported mass-produced items presented as handmade will not be accepted. The Stallholder Manager’s decision is final.
15. Waste
All stallholders must remove their own rubbish and leave their pitch clear.
